  • Gram flour - 2 cups
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Tamarind pulp - 1/4 cup
  • Asafoetida as required
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Capsicum Bhajiya

  • Cut capsicum into medium-sized pieces.
  • Mix asafoetida, tamarind pulp, capsicum pieces, and salt. Keep aside for an hour.
  • Make a batter of a medium consistency with the gram flour, salt, and water.
  • Dip the capsicum pieces in this and deep fry in oil.
