Ingredients

  • Capsicum - 3
  • Garlic - 6 flakes
  • Urad dal - 2 tsp
  • Channa dal - 2 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Red chillies - 6
  • Tamarind - Small, lemon size
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Capsicum Garlic Chutney

  • Fry capsicum and garlic until soft and keep it aside.
  • Fry urad dal, channa dal, mustard seeds, red chillies, and cumin until golden brown and keep aside.
  • Fry tamarind for 1 minute.
  • Grind all the items together with some salt until it becomes a paste. Serve.
