Ingredients

  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 8 - Garlic pods
  • 1 cup - Tamarind thick juice
  • 1 cup - water
  • salt
  • 2 spoon - sambar powder
  • 1 tbsp - gingili oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Channa dal
  • 1 tsp - Methi seed
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 - Red Chilli dry
  • little - Hing powder
  • How to Make Capsicum Garlic Kuzhampu:

    1. Soak the tamarind and take thick pulp and add a cup of water and keep it aside.
    2. Heat a kadai and add gingili oil. Put all the garnishing things, add sliced capsicum and garlic and saute for 5 mins.
    3. Add tamarind water. Boil it for 15 mins.
    4. Add hing powder. Serve with rice and papad.
