Ingredients

  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Methi powder
  • 1.5 tsp - sesame powder
  • 1 - small Onion chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - oil
  • A little Parsley
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Capsicum Masala Fry:

    1. Cut the capsicum into small pieces.
    2. Heat the pan with oil, and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and onions to it.
    3. Cook for 2-3 minutes till the onions turn a little brown.
    4. Then add capsicum pieces, cumin powder, methi powder, sesame powder, lemon juice, and some salt.
    5. Cook for at least 5 - 10 minutes until the capsicum leaves the oil.
    6. Now garnish it with parsley.
    7. Serve with chapati or with rice alongside sambar.
