  • 3 big capsicum/green bell pepper diced bite size
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp of ginger, chopped fine
  • 3 tbsp of tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp of garlic minced
  • Salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Capsicum masti

  • In a non-stick pan add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  • Heat on medium heat and add ginger garlic, stir and fry till it is pink in color.
  • Add onions and capsicum and cook until soft but still crunchy.
  • Add tomato ketchup and taste it.
  • Then add salt if needed.
  • Add black pepper, red chilli powder.
  • Toss and cook for two minutes more.
  • Serve hot on sandwich bun or bread.
