Ingredients

  • 1 - Capsicum finely chopped.
  • 1 - Onion finely chopped.
  • Salt and chilli powder as required.
  • 2 tbsp - oil.
  • 2 cups - rice.
  • Coriander leaves - a bunch

How to Make Capsicum Onion rice

  • Boil the rice.
  • Heat a pan with oil and splutter mustard in it.
  • Add finely chopped onions in it, sautetill it becomes golden brown and add chopped capsicum to it and saute for 4 mins
  • Then add salt and chilli powder, let it simmer.
  • Finally mix it with rice and garnish with coriander. Serve
