Ingredients

  • Paneer - 200 g
  • Capsicum - 4
  • Onion - 4 small
  • Tomato - 1
  • Butter - 100 g
  • 2 - Cardamom pods
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • 1 tsp - Dalchini powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • How to Make Capsicum Paneer:

    1. Heat butter in a pan.
    2. Add cardamom and fry for a while.
    3. Add capsicum and onion, stir and cover for 2 mins.
    4. Add paneer, tomatoes, the remaining spices and salt.
    5. Stir slowly for 2 to 3 mins.
    6. Serve hot.
