Ingredients

  • Capsicum - 2 to 3
  • Curd - 2 cups
  • Roasted Peanut powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Cumin powder powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander leaves - little
  • How to Make Capsicum Peanut powder Raita:

    1. Apply oil over capsicum and toast over the flame.
    2. In a bowl, put curds and beat and add salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, peanut powder, coconut, little sugar and coriander leaves. Mix together properly.
    3. Scrape away the charred portion of the capsicum, wash and chop into small pieces. Mix it into the curd mixture. Serve cold.
