Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled Green peas
  • 2 - large onions, chopped
  • 2 - capsicums, chopped into 1 inch pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - chopped Celery
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and chopped into medium size pieces
  • How to Make Capsicum, Peas and Tomato Casserole:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer to a greased baking dish.
    2. Shake the dish a little so that the oil seeps to the bottom.
    3. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 45 mins.
    4. This dish should be a little moist.
    5. Serve with bread or rolls and butter.
