  • Peanuts - 50 g
  • Cumin - a pinch
  • Fresh Coconut
  • Curd - 200 g
  • Salt
  • Turmeric

How to Make Capsicum Perugu Pachchadi

  • Char the capsicum by directly putting on flame.
  • Afterwards wash it and then cut it into pieces.
  • Fry the peanuts and cumin and grind into powder.
  • Add them to curd along with capsicum and grated fresh coconut.
  • Garnish with coriander.
