Ingredients

  • 3 - Capsicums
  • 3 - onions, medium
  • 2.5 tbsp - sesame powder
  • 1 tbsp - ground nut powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • Tamarind juice
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil as required

How to Make Capsicum Sesame Masala

  • First cut the capsicum into small square pieces and slice the onions. Heat the oil and add the onions.
  • Saute them until they turn light brown on a low flame.
  • Then add the turmeric powder and the ginger garlic paste.
  • Then add the capsicum pieces and again fry them for 5 - 6 mins
  • Then add all the other ingredients except tamarind paste and salt.
  • When the capsicum is almost cooked add the tamarind juice and salt.
  • Cook for another 5 mins and the curry is done.
