Ingredients

  • 400 g - chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp - olive oil
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce (dark)
  • 2 tbsp - ketchup
  • 1 cup - honey
  • 10 g - garlic, minced NOT USED
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 20 g - ginger, minced
  • 10 g - lemon zest
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 pinch - ground black pepper

How to Make Caramelised Baked Chicken

  • Preheat an oven at 190 degrees C.
  • Place the chicken in a 9x13 inches baking dish.
  • Mix the olive oil, soya sauce, ketchup, honey, ginger, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper and pour over the chicken.
  • Bake at 190 degrees C for an hour or until sauce is caramelised.
