Ingredients

  • 400 g - Chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp - Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce (dark)
  • 2 tbsp - ketchup
  • 1 cup - Honey
  • 10 g - garlic, minced NOT USED
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • 20 g - ginger, minced
  • 10 g - Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch - ground black pepper
  • How to Make Caramelised Baked Chicken:

    1. Preheat an oven at 190 degrees C.
    2. Place the chicken in a 9x13 inches baking dish.
    3. Mix the olive oil, soya sauce, ketchup, honey, ginger, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice and pepper and pour over the chicken.
    4. Bake at 190 degrees C for an hour or until sauce is caramelised.
