  • Egg - 1
  • Bread - 6 slices, broken
  • Sugar - 11 tsp
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Vanilla essence - 3 drops
  • Cardamom powder
  • Salt
  • How to Make Cardamom Bread Pudding:

    1. In a bowl, beat the egg well, and add milk, vanilla essence, cardamom powder, salt, 7 teaspoons of sugar, and broken slices of bread.
    2. In a different bowl, caramelize 4 teaspoons of sugar.
    3. Add the bread mixture to it and steam for 6 to 8 minutes.
    4. Cool and invert on to a serving dish.
    5. Garnish with nuts and serve chilled.
