  • Carrots - 3
  • Cashewnuts - 15
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 5 glass
  • Sugar - 3/4 glass
  • Cardamom - 6
  • Water - 1 glass

How to Make Cardamom flavored Carrot Kheer

  • Grate the carrots. Fry them in 1 tbsp of ghee till the raw smell goes.
  • When it cools, grind it with the cashewnuts and 1/2 glass of milk and make into a paste.
  • Boil the remaining milk in a kadai and reduce it to 3.5 glasses.
  • Add the ground mixture and boil it for 5 mins. Then add the sugar to it and stir for a while.
  • When it starts becoming a little thick, add the cardomom powder.
