Ingredients

  • 400 ml - yoghurt
  • 100 ml - milk
  • 2- ripe bananas
  • sugar to taste
  • crushed ice
  • green cardamom powder for garnishing

How to Make Cardamom Flavoured Banana Lassi

  • Place the yoghurt, milk, bananas and sugar in a blender and blend for 1 to 1.5 minute.
  • Add crushed ice and blend further for 30 seconds.
  • Serve sprinkled with cardamom powder.
