  • 1 cup - fresh carom (ajwain) leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - fresh thick Curd
  • 3-4 Red Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Carom Leaves Surprise:

    1. Heat, oil fry leaves, chillies, sugar, seeds.
    2. Cool a bit, grind with salt and curd.
    3. Serve as a dip or an accompaniment to fresh cut crudites.
