Ingredients

  • 250 gm - Grapes
  • 250 gm - lychees, peeled and stoned
  • 1 large gd Carrot
  • 1 finely chopped Onion
  • 2 chopped Celery sticks
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Parsley
  • 50 gm - roasted Cashew nuts
  • 4 tbsp - sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - yellow Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - Apple juice
  • chopped herbs to garnish
  • pepper to taste
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot and Cashew Coleslaw:

    1. Combine fruit and vegetables.
    2. Stir in parsley.
    3. Heat oil. Add poppy and mustard seeds. Cool.
    4. Add vinegar and apple juice to oil.
    5. Mix and pour over coleslaw.
    6. Garnish with nuts and herbs.
    7. Serve cold.
