  • 1 Onion
  • 3 Carrots
  • 1 stick of Celery
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 - cup Orange juice (fresh or packet)
  • 1 - tbsp Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • How to Make Carrot and Orange soup:

    1. Chop the onions and saute in butter till soft. Add sliced carrots and chopped celery and saute further for 5 minutes.
    2. Add salt and pepper.
    3. Lower the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken stalk and 1 cup water and cook till carrots are done.
    4. Strain and puree the remaining carrots and onions in blender. Add to The liquid.
    5. Add 1 cup orange juice, garnish with sprig of parsley. Serve either hot or chilled.
