How to Make Carrot and Orange soup

  • Chop the onions and saute in butter till soft. Add sliced carrots and chopped celery and saute further for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Lower the flame and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add the chicken stalk and 1 cup water and cook till carrots are done.
  • Strain and puree the remaining carrots and onions in blender. Add to The liquid.
  • Add 1 cup orange juice, garnish with sprig of parsley. Serve either hot or chilled.
