  • 500 g - grated carrot
  • 100 ml - milk
  • 250 g - sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder
  • 50 g - mawa
  • silver warq
  • 1 tsp - ghee

How to Make Carrot Barfi

  • Place the pan on the gas, heat ghee and add grated carrot and milk. Stir constantly.
  • When the mixture thickens add the mawa, sugar and cardamom powder
  • Keep on stirring till it leaves the sides of pan
  • Place it on the greased thali and decorate it with silver warq
  • Cut into desired shapes.
