Ingredients

  • 4 - Carrots
  • 1 - Beetroot
  • 2 - gooseberries (Amla)
  • 1/2 tsp - roasted Cumin seed powder
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot Beetroot Gooseberry Juice:

    1. Peel and slice carrots and beetroot as per size for juicer.
    2. Cut the gooseberries into pieces and remove the seeds.
    3. Put all the vegetables one by one in juicer and collect the juice.
    4. Add rock salt and roasted cumin powder. Mix well
    5. Shake and pour into serving glass.
