Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups - Cabbage (chopped)
  • 1 - Carrot
  • 1 - Tomato
  • 2 pods - Garlic
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp - Badshah kitchen king masala
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1.5 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Carrot Cabbage Curry:

    1. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and let it crackle.
    2. Add garlic, green chilli, onion and saute till the onion turns soft.
    3. Add cabbage and grated carrot.
    4. Add salt and all the masala powders.
    5. When cabbage is 3/4th done, add chopped tomato and mix well.
    6. Saute till the tomato turns soft.
    7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rotis or chapattis.
