How to Make Carrot Cabbage Curry

  • Heat oil in a pan, add jeera and let it crackle.
  • Add garlic, green chilli, onion and saute till the onion turns soft.
  • Add cabbage and grated carrot.
  • Add salt and all the masala powders.
  • When cabbage is 3/4th done, add chopped tomato and mix well.
  • Saute till the tomato turns soft.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rotis or chapattis.
