How to Make Carrot Cashew Kheer

  • Slice the carrots
  • Cook the carrots along with the cashews, cardamom and 1 cup of milk in a pressure cooker.
  • Switch off after 3 whistles.
  • Allow to cool down and then grind the mixture well in a mixie.
  • Strain the mixture and to the liquid add the remaining milk and sugar.
  • Mix well and serve chilled.
