Ingredients

  • Yogurt - 2 cups
  • Sour Cream - 1.5 tbsp
  • Carrot-1/4 cup
  • Cucumber-1/4 cup
  • Onion - 1/4 cup
  • Coriander - less than half bunch
  • Salt
  • How to Make Carrot Cucumber Raita:

    1. Cut the onions and cucumber into very small pieces.
    2. Grate the carrot and keep aside.
    3. Mix the yogurt with sour cream. Add salt to it.
    4. Add the cut onions, cucumber, and grated carrot to the curd.
    5. Garnish with coriander and serve.
