  • 1/2 cup - yellow moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - boiled corn
  • 2 - carrots
  • 1 - cucumber
  • 1 - raw mango
  • Green chillies - a few
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon - 1

How to Make Carrot cucumber salad

  • Soak both the dals for half an hour.
  • In a bowl, add grated carrot, very finely chopped cucumber and boiled corn. Then, add half the grated mango.
  • Grind the soaked dals, small pieces of mango and chillies according to your taste and then add this paste to the carrots and cucumber.
  • Add some salt and a little fresh lemon juice. Mix and serve.
