  • 1/2 cup - yellow moong dal
  • 1/4 cup - Channa dal
  • 1/4 cup - boiled Corn
  • 2 - Carrots
  • 1 - Cucumber
  • 1 - Raw Mango
  • Green chillies - a few
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon - 1
  • How to Make Carrot cucumber salad:

    1. Soak both the dals for half an hour.
    2. In a bowl, add grated carrot, very finely chopped cucumber and boiled corn. Then, add half the grated mango.
    3. Grind the soaked dals, small pieces of mango and chillies according to your taste and then add this paste to the carrots and cucumber.
    4. Add some salt and a little fresh lemon juice. Mix and serve.
