Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1/4 kg
  • Sugar - 100 g
  • Cashew nut - 5 g
  • Kismiss - 5 g
  • Ghee - 25 g
  • Water - 1 cup
  • How to Make Carrot Halwa with Carrot Paste:

    1. First grind the carrot and make a paste of it.
    2. Slightly fry it in ghee. Add water to it.
    3. Stir the mix till the water has evaporated.
    4. Now, add sugar to the mixture and continue stirring till the sugar completely mixes with the carrot.
    5. Add some ghee, cashew nuts and dry grapes to the mixture.
    6. Serve it after it cools sufficiently.
