Ingredients

  • 5 - Carrots
  • 2 tbsp - Grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • How to Make Carrot Jeera Poriyal:

    1. Cut carrots into small pieces.
    2. Take a pan (preferably non-stick) and add some oil.
    3. Season jeera and curry leaves.
    4. When done, add carrots, salt, red chilli powder, and grated coconut.
    5. Mix them well and cook covered for 7 minutes.
    6. Check the spiciness and cook uncovered for 5 minutes.
    7. Serve the carrot fry with hot rice.
