Ingredients

  • 4 - fresh Carrots
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 - small Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot Kosambari (Salad):

    1. Wash the carrots and grate them.
    2. Place the grated carrots in a salad bowl.
    3. Add slit green chillies, coriander, chopped tomatoes, coconut, lemon juice and the salt.
    4. Mix with help of a fork and serve.
