Ingredients

  • 4 - fresh carrots
  • 3 - green chillies
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 - small tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp - grated coconut
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Carrot Kosambari (Salad)

  • Wash the carrots and grate them.
  • Place the grated carrots in a salad bowl.
  • Add slit green chillies, coriander, chopped tomatoes, coconut, lemon juice and the salt.
  • Mix with help of a fork and serve.
