How to Make Carrot Kurma with Coconut

  • Grind dry coconut, green chillies, ginger and poppy seeds. Scrape and cut carrots into small pieces and cook them.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan and add the spices along with chopped onions and fry. When it is done add cut tomatoes and fry for few minutes.
  • Add carrot and ground masala and enough water. Boil till gravy thickens.
  • Decorate with coriander leaves and ring onions.
