  • 1 bunch - lettuce leaves
  • 1 - onion cut into rings
  • 3 tbsp - grated cottage cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp - vinegar
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - salad oil

How to Make Carrot, Lettuce And Cottage Cheese Salad

  • Peel, chop, and cut the carrots into small chunks and boil till soft.
  • Toss the salad leaves and all the other ingredients together with the steamed carrot.
