Ingredients

  • 500 g - Carrot
  • 1/2 tea cup - Sugar
  • Dry fruits also 2 cardamons and vanilla essence)
  • 5 tsp - Milk

How to Make Carrot Mathari

  • Cook the carrots in the pressure cooker
  • Peel off the skin
  • Then grind with sugar, milk and dry fruits
  • Then again put it on low flame for 5 mins
  • Then decorate with cherries
