  • 500 g - Carrot
  • 1/2 tea cup - Sugar
  • Dry fruits also 2 cardamons and vanilla essence)
  • 5 tsp - Milk
  • How to Make Carrot Mathari:

    1. Cook the carrots in the pressure cooker
    2. Peel off the skin
    3. Then grind with sugar, milk and dry fruits
    4. Then again put it on low flame for 5 mins
    5. Then decorate with cherries
    6. Cool it in the refrigerator
