Ingredients

  • 2 - Carrots
  • 1 - large radish
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pinch of Turmeric
  • 2 cups - thick yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • How to Make Carrot Mooli Raita:

    1. Grate carrots and radish. Beat the yogurt and add salt and asafoetida, stir well.
    2. Add the grated vegetables, and mix well.
    3. Heat oil, add mustard, when it splutters, add the chopped green chillies.
    4. Pour over the raita.
    5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
