Ingredients

  • 500 g - Carrot
  • 250 kg - caster Sugar (powdered Sugar)
  • How to Make Carrot Murabba:

    1. Finely grate carrots.
    2. Place in saucepan (non-stick pan) with sugar and combine, stirring till sugar dissolves on a medium to low heat.
    3. On a low flame, cook till carrots are tender and liquid evaporates leaving sticky, chutney- like consistency.
    4. Remove from heat; fill in warm sterilized jars. Keep this for about 2 months refrigerated.
