  • 1 - Carrot
  • 6 - pearl Onions
  • 1 cup - curd/yoghurt
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • a small quantity - Curry leaves
  • oil for frying
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot onion raita:

    1. Wash and cut/grate carrots.
    2. Chop onions and green chillies and keep it aside.
    3. Mix carrot, onions and curd.
    4. Heat oil in a pan/kadai, splutter mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves and add to the carrot.
    5. Add some salt.
