  • 2.75 cups - carrot juice, chilled
  • 1.75 cups - orange juice, chilled
  • 2 tsp - lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp - honey
  • Crushed ice as required
  • 1 - lemon, sliced
  • 5-6 - fresh mint leaves

How to Make Carrot orange frappe

  • Place carrot juice, orange juice, lemon juice, honey and crushed ice in a shaker. Shake well to blend. Pour into tall glasses and serve, decorated with mint leaves and a lemon slice fixed onto the rim of each glass.
