Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 - Carrots (grated)
  • 2 - Chopped Onions
  • 3 to 4 - Chillies
  • 4 tbsp - Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot Palya:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and sautee the chillies.
    2. Add onion and sautee until pink.
    3. Add grated carrot and sautee.
    4. Add the salt and garam masala. Stir fry till the masala is cooked.
    5. Serve with chappatis.
