Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped Carrot
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - grated Coconut
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot Poriyal with grated coconut:

    1. Boil the carrots.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai, and splutter mustard. Add the carrots and chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the grated coconut and salt.
    4. Serve.
