Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 5 cups grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Milk powder
  • 3 tbsp condensed Milk
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Almonds (blanched and chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1/2 cup whipped fresh Cream
  • How to Make Carrot Pudding with fresh cream:

    1. Melt ghee in a microwave-safe deep bowl.
    2. Mix in the grated carrot and microwave covered on high (100%) for about 5 minutes.
    3. Add rest of the ingredients except the fresh cream.
    4. Mix well and microwave covered on high (100%) for about 5 minutes.
    5. Serve warm or chilled, garnished with fresh cream.
