  • 5 cups grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 3 tbsp condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp almonds (blanched and chopped)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • For Garnishing:
  • 1/2 cup whipped fresh cream

How to Make Carrot Pudding with fresh cream

  • Melt ghee in a microwave-safe deep bowl.
  • Mix in the grated carrot and microwave covered on high (100%) for about 5 minutes.
  • Add rest of the ingredients except the fresh cream.
