Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated Carrot
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Jeera
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 cup cooked and cooled Rice
  • How to Make Carrot Pulao:

    1. Put oil in a pan and splutter jeera. Then add ginger - garlic - chilli paste and fry for sometime.
    2. Now add chilli powder, garam masala, grated carrot and fry again for sometime till it turns red in colour.
    3. Add cooked rice and fry again for sometime.
    4. Serve hot as is or with any raita of your choice.
