How to Make Carrot Salad with moong dal

  • Mix the moong dal, grated carrot, grated coconut, chopped chillies, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
  • Heat oil and temper the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and red chilli.
  • Add the moong dal-carrot mixture and toss well.
  • Serve immediately.
