Ingredients

  • 16 slices - bread
  • 3-4 - Carrots
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 1 - small Onion
  • a few slices of Cucumber
  • 1 tbsp - black pepper
  • cheese slices
  • 1 - Tomato
  • How to Make Carrot Sandwich:

    1. Peel and grate the carrots.
    2. Cut the onion, capsicum and tomato into small slices.
    3. Cut out the edges of the bread slices.
    4. Take a slice and place the cheese slice on it. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
    5. Top with carrots, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber.
    6. Put the other slice of bread on top.
    7. Microwave for around 4-5 seconds. Serve warm.
