How to Make Carrot Sandwich

  • Peel and grate the carrots.
  • Cut the onion, capsicum and tomato into small slices.
  • Cut out the edges of the bread slices.
  • Take a slice and place the cheese slice on it. Sprinkle a pinch of pepper.
  • Top with carrots, capsicum, onion, tomato and cucumber.
  • Put the other slice of bread on top.
  • Microwave for around 4-5 seconds. Serve warm.
