Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - Oil
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - Sugar, powdered
  • 1/2 tsp - Soda bi-carbonate
  • 1/2 tsp - Baking powder
  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 2 tsp - Cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp - Essence, vanilla
  • 1.5 cup - Carrots, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • How to Make Carrot Vanilla Cake:

    1. Mix the oil, eggs, and sugar with a hand mixer.
    2. Then add the flour, dry ingredients, and vanilla essence. Mix again.
    3. Fold in the grated carrots and bake at 145 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
