Ingredients

  • 250 g - carrots, cut into rounds and boiled
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Carrot Vichy:

    1. Shallow fry carrots, chilli powder, salt and lime juice in butter for a couple of minutes.
    2. Garnish with coriander leaves.
    3. Serve hot.
