Ingredients

  • 250 g - carrots, cut into rounds and boiled
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Carrot Vichy

  • Shallow fry carrots, chilli powder, salt and lime juice in butter for a couple of minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot.
