Ingredients

  • 3 carrots, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup - green peas
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 3 dry red chillies broken
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - lemon juice

How to Make Carrots, Peas And Potato Stir Fry

  • Boil the carrots, peas, and potatoes in water and a little salt until tender.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
  • When they begin to splutter, add cumin seeds, red chillies, and onions and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add the carrots, peas, potatoes, lime juice, and salt and stir fry for a few minutes.
  • Serve hot.
