Cashew and Saffron Terrine is a simple recipe that would work wonders during any festival. This vegetarian dessert is made with minimal ingredients. All you would need are Cashews, Sugar and Saffron. And not to forget the silver ark for garnishing.


  • 1 kg - Cashewnuts
  • 500 gms - Sugar
  • 5 gms - Saffron
  • 1 packet - Silver ark
  • How to Make Cashew and Saffron Terrine:

    1. Take a kadhai put powdered cashewnut and sugar together.
    2. Mix well till it's not become thick and sticky.
    3. Switch off the flame and let it be cooled.
    4. After cooling divide the mixture into two portion, add saffron colour in one portion.
    5. Now make a layer of yellow mixture then put a layer of white mixture roll it and give triangular shape.
