Ingredients

  • 3 cups cashew powder
  • 1 cup Milk powder
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • How to Make Cashew Burfi:

    1. Roast cashew powder and milk powder together till the raw smell disappears.
    2. Make a sugar syrup of a one-thread consistency.
    3. Add everything to the syrup and cook till it leaves the sides of the pan.
    4. Pour over a greased thali and cut into desired shapes.
