Ingredients

  • 100 g - semiya
  • Water - 1/2 cups
  • 2 tsp - Jeera
  • 1 tsp - mustard
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • A few Curry leaves
  • Coriander
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
  • 10 - Cashew nuts
  • 10 - dry Grapes
  • 2 cups - Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cashew Curd Semiya:

    1. Put semiya in a bowl.
    2. Boil water and pour into it so that semiya is fully soaked. Leave it for 5 minutes.
    3. Then add 2 cups of curd to it.
    4. Chop chillies into small pieces and add to semiya.
    5. Add cashew nuts and grapes. Also add grated coconut to it.
    6. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a shallow pan and add mustard seeds and urad dal. When they splutter, add curry leaves to it. Then pour it into the bowl.
    7. Add 2 tsps of jeera to it and salt to taste.
    8. Refrigerate it for three hours.
    9. Before serving, garnish with coriander leaves.
