How to Make Cashew Gobi Ki Sabzi

  • Fry big florets of the cauliflower until tender and keep aside.
  • Deep fry the cashew nuts and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a vessel, add the finely chopped onions, garlic, and tomato. Fry until soft.
  • Add dhania-jeera powder, Kitchen King masala, salt, turmeric, and green chillies, and fry for some time.
  • Mix well with the florets, coating them with the masala.
  • Remove from the flame.
  • Add the fried cashew nuts and garnish with coriander leaves.
