How to Make Cashew Nut Biscuit Smoothies

  • Crush biscuits coarsely.
  • Place in electric mixer and add sugar.
  • Add 50 ml milk and run to make smooth paste.
  • Add ice cream, cardamom and essence and run again.
  • Add remaining milk and run again till very frothy.
  • Pour with as much froth as possible into individual glasses.
  • Just before serving, sprinkle some praline gently in each glass to keep it from sinking below the froth.
  • Serve chilled.
  • Best served fresh.
