Ingredients

  • 100gm - Cashew nut
  • 1 liter - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - milkmaid
  • 3 cups - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cucumber seeds
  • 1 tsp - grated Almonds
  • 1 tsp - Raisins
  • How to Make Cashewnut Paayasam:

    1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for 2 hours and blend them into a fine paste in a mixer.
    2. Boil the milk and add the cashewnut paste, milkmaid and sugar. Stir the mixture and cook well for 10-15 minutes.
    3. Garnish with cucumber seeds, grated almonds and raisins.
