Ingredients

  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - flour
  • 2 cups - Milk
  • 1/3 cup - mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - prepared mustard
  • 1 (10 oz.) - frozen Cauliflower
  • 1 (6 oz.) - can tuna, undrained
  • 1/4 lb - Egg noodles, cooked
  • 1/2 cup - red pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - green pepper, chopped
  • Bread crumbs
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Casserole

  • In small saucepan, saute onions in butter till tender.
  • With a whisk, blend in flour. Gradually stir in milk and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
  • Remove form heat and blend in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
  • In a greased 2 quart glass casserole dish, combine the sauce, cauliflower, tuna, noodles and peppers.
  • Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins.
